So onto the good stuff… Bronwyn uses images to tell love stories, by capturing truly candid moments, movement and photo worthy split seconds of life in a way that makes us feel we’re peeking in on something special from afar. And always with the very shallow depth of field that has become her recognisable style.

She shared this fabulous extended family photo session and some words with us…

“This was a spur of the moment booking for an extended family photo session.

Rhi called me on Monday and we met on Wednesday afternoon.  Her Gran was here only for a few days from Melbourne after having major open heart surgery in March.. what an amazing lady!

Rhi had organised a secret photo shoot as a surprise, and leaked the news to her mum and gran while they were enjoying the glamorous hair and make up session that she had also organised.  Cute!

Thank goodness we had a super gorgeous day as it was only one week before Winter.

We met at the lake at 4.30pm, the beautiful girls laughed, explored and completely enjoyed themselves oblivious to the fact that me and my trusty 85mm were capturing their special afternoon that will surely be treasured for the future generations.

I captured this session with only my Canon 5d Mark III and 85mm lens shot at f/1.4”.
