Sometimes taking those next steps towards your goals can feel scary… and so can the investment in ourselves to pursue our passions or reach our goals.
But an investment is just that.. it’s something that will return to you in value + more. And our Advanced Photography Course is just that… not only is it an investment in education, and feedback and guidance on your work… but the 3 months we travel through the modules together, working on photos, pushing yourself creatively and getting outside your comfort zone… it creates a beautiful bond with those you’re studying with.
And those relationships and support continue well past the end of our course… which we think is totally worth it!
Our ultimate goal is to help you stretch your creativity, find your unique style, and flourish and grow as a photographer!
And all this week we’re sharing our stories of our grads who’ve achieved just that.
Today I’d love for you to meet Amy!
Amy Philp graduated from our Advanced course in 2017. She lives in Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia with her husband and 2.5 year old Benji Leo. Since graduating, Amy is now a professional photographer at Amy Philp Photography.
Read on to learn exactly how our Advanced Photography Course helped her achieve her photography goals…
I had been photographing for brands and growing my Instagram account for around a year prior to signing up to the advanced course.
I was so focused on photographing for brands that I’d stopped exploring anything creative.
So I began feeling frustrated with my knowledge of photography in general and wanted to learn how to edit and be more creative.
The Click Love Grow Advanced Photography Course was perfect.
My photos improved creatively and my technical skills are much more advanced than they were previously, which also shows in my photos.
I didn’t plan to go into business with photography. I simply enjoyed it and it came along at the perfect time… I needed a hobby!
However, in mid 2018 it led my to starting Amy Philp Photography!
I have photographed weddings, families, pregnant mamas and new babies.
I loved that I was learning mum to mum, and the videos and resources were really easy to understand.
But the best part is the continued community.
I LOVE being able to connect with the CLG team and grads online in our community.
I’ve met women I now call friends, that I can turn to for advice and support, and this has made it invaluable.
The course is an investment.
But I was committed to growing my skills.
I would honestly say that it is worth every cent and more.
It’s invaluable if you want to take quality images, and I am still benefiting from it to this day.
Our next 8 Week Online Course is starting SOON! You'll learn how to get the most from your DSLR & take photos you LOVE!
